Cover Reveal: Bladesung (Celestial Spheres book 3)

I'm beyond excited to announce my book 3 of the Celestial Spheres, Bladesung, will be launched to the world on July 24th. It's already available for preorder.

Surprisingly, this series was easy for me to write. The ideas flowed upon the page without planning, and I was able to create a detailed, dark world. I'm constantly surprised by the darkness and violence I put upon the page, but I do balance those with lightness and love. I'm often asked if my characters are based upon anyone; sorry to disappoint, they are complete figments of my imagination. I'm sure bits and bobs of people in my life seep into them, but there is no direct inspiration for them. I use my theatre experience to render my characters, placing myself in their minds as if I would act them out--I become them. The hardest part of this or writing any novel, for me, is the timeline and/or continuity of that timeline. I don't plan my novels out and write out of order, so the timeline can get all kinds of messed up. I usually find a lot in revisions, and my betas find a few kinks, but my publisher usually is the most help with this. Despite my weaknesses, the journey for this trilogy was a fun learning experience. I'm excited about its release but also sad the trilogy is coming to a close.

Today, I'd like to reveal the beautiful cover.

If you have been following Celestial Spheres through Fyr and Draca, you have seen this fantasy romance culminate into this novel. I'll give you more morsels about it as the launch date approaches.
